Author Interview:

What inspired you to write Murder at Midnight?

The story took shape after I was awakened at night by unusual footsteps outside my door. The story is about a young lady who discovered a dark secret and was murdered in a guesthouse at midnight.

What was your favorite part in writing Murder at Midnight?

The part where the characters became solid in my mind and the story took on a course of its own. The characters were basically telling me their story.

What  was the hardest part to write Murder at Midnight?

The book turned out differently from what I had in mind initiallyI had to stay true to the characters I had created.

Who is your favorite character ?

Mrs. Marshall. She is keen to know what is happening around her. She keeps an ear to the ground but her caustic remarks create tension and ill-feelings.

Do you have anything new in the works if so can you tell us about it?

I am working on a detective thriller. It affirms the point of duty on young men and women to make choices with their eyes open.
